The MediaTek MT8752 was released in 2014 by MediaTek and it has great features. It supports a faster memory, which gives a quicker system performance. It also has a dynamic frequency scaling technology that allows the processor to conserve power and reduce noise when it is under a light load. This Chip also has the NX bit feature that helps protect the computer from malicious attacks. It has a 64-bit architecture with an eight CPU cores to get its work done very easily. It was designed for tablets mainly and can be found on tablets as well.
MediaTek MT8752 Processor
The chip boasts of a memory speed of 933MHz, this helps the RAM space available on the device in terms of multitasking. The MT8752 can handle up to 4GB RAM and 21MP camera. It supports 4G LTE (Cat 6) and allows for 1080p videos to be played at 30fps. It uses a Cortex-A53 architecture and clocks up to 2.0GHz tops for the best performance.
MediaTek MT8752 Graphics
The Mali-T760 MP2 from ARM reigns supreme in terms of Graphics. It comes with 2-cores, while clocking up to 700MHz. This should be more than enough to handle most Android games.
Process Technology (nm)
The SoC was built on an older 28nm process technology. This might be a little disappointing compared to the latest process node seen on latest smartphones. You can’t compare it with Helio P22 or Helio P10.
On Benchmarks, specifically on AnTuTu, the Chipset reaches an average of 31,655 points which is a bit Low compared to other mid-range chip.
