Panasonic P85 NXT has just been presented by Panasonic, the company wants to use the publicity of the Eluga Z1 and Z1 Pro to introduce a budget-friendly smartphone for those who won’t be able to afford the aforementioned smartphones.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 210, comes with the trendy Face Unlock feature and equipped with the ARBO Hub app. A app that keeps you updated and lets you plan your day ahead, with affordable cab fares, book a cab, get live cricket updates, latest news, weather forecast, daily horoscope and lots more.
Design
The device is designed with Plastic just like the Eluga Ray 530, there’s no fingerprint scanner here, as you have to depend on the face unlock feature. It measures 9.3mm in thickness, weighs 173g overall and will be available in Black, Blue and Champagne colors.
Display
The P85 NXT sports a 5-inch HD IPS LCD standard display. The screen boasts of 720 x 1280 pixels in resolution along with a 294 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. Overall, the screen stretches up to 68.92% screen-to-body as well.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system, which is really outdated in Q4 2018. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 210 chipset from Qualcomm runs the race, it comes with 4-cores of processor clocking at 1.3GHz for a smooth ride.
The Adreno 304 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 16GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 128GB using a memory card. It boasts of 2GB RAM space for multitasking through apps.
Camera
The Panasonic P85 NXT features an 8MP rear camera for photography. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and other internal features listed in the table below. In the selfie department, there’s a single 5MP selfie shooter for all your selfies and Face Unlock as well.
Battery
Powering up the P85 NXT is a 4000mAh battery capacity with no fast charging technology, although you can use it to charge other devices. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 3 hours.
