Sharp Aquos Zero2, Sense3 Plus series goes Official

Sharp has introduced the Aquos Zero2, Sense3, Sense3 Plus & Sense3 Lite smartphones. The Aquos Zero2 is the flagship and leader of the pack, it’s built around a 6.4″ OLED FHD+ display and powered by the Snapdragon 855 chipset.

The display comes with a 240 Hz refresh rate, the first for a smartphone. There’s up to 8/256 configuration underneath this device, while running on Android 10. It features dual 12 + 20 megapixels ultrawide camera and an 8 megapixels on the waterdrop notch.

The 12MP main sensor has a f/1.7 aperture and 78° angle of view, while the 20MP ultrawide can boasts 125° angle of view with f/2.4 aperture. However, both cameras come with a ProPix2 engine to reduce blur.

It also comes with the trendy in-display fingerprint scanner, and also offers water resistant features, thanks to the IP68 certification. It’s being powered by a 3130mAh battery, making it weigh just 143g and available in Black and White colors.

The Sense3 smartphone is built around a 5.5″ IGZO (1080 x 2160) display just like the Aquos Sense2, it’s powered by a 4000 milliampere and Snapdragon 630. Sporting dual 12 + 12 megapixels camera & 4/64 gigabytes configuration.

The Sense3 Plus comes with a Snapdragon 636 chip and a bigger 6″ IGZO (1080 x 2220) display. It has two storage variants 6/64 and 6/128 gigabytes, the second ultrawide camera is now a 13MP shooter. They both house an 8MP selfie shooter with the same battery.

The Sense3 Lite comes with all the details of the first Sense3, however it has a single camera. They’re all IP68 certified, with USB Type C ports and no 3.5 mm jacks. Prices will be revealed next month.
