Oukitel K7 Power has finally been launched as the watered-down variant of the K7 smartphone. The K7 Power packs an astonishing 10,000mAh battery and targets those on a budget. It’s undoubtedly the cheapest smartphone with such a huge battery capacity. This shouldn’t be mistaken for the Oukitel K7.
Design
A combination of metal and leather exudes at the rear. However, the device is not rugged not waterproof but it’s strong enough. The metal-like foundation at the top house the dual shooters and fingerprint scanner. The device is available in Black color but with a touch of Gold. When you turn over to the sides, It also measures 14.5mm in thickness as well, and weighs 302g.
Display
The K7 Power is built around a 6-inch HD+ IPS LCD 18:9 full view display. The screen boasts of 720 x 1440 pixels in resolution along with a 268 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. The screen also got up to 71.13% screen-to-body ratio as well.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Under the hood, the MT6750T chipset from MediaTek runs the show, coming with 8-cores of processor which clocks at 1.5GHz for a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali-T860 MP2 graphics card manages graphics. For storing files, the device packs 16GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 128GB using a memory card. It boasts of 2GB RAM space as well for multitasking through apps.
Camera
For photography, it’s equipped with dual 13MP + 2MP rear shooters. There’s also other internal features in the camera listed in the table below. For taking selfies, there’s a single 5MP selfie shooter on the notch as well.
Battery
Powering the K7 Power up is a 10,000mAh battery capacity with fast charging technology to fill it up fast. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 4 hours.
