Vertu Aster P Gothic has found its way to shopping stores as the new luxury smartphone maker is finally back. The new Aster P Gothic is a luxury smartphone with Snapdragon 660 chipset. It also runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and has a $4,999 price tag, making it more expensive than the iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS and iPhone XR combined.
Design
It’s designed with a combination of Leather and Titanium, it’s a strong phone quite alright but there’s no report about its Certifications. Nonetheless, it measures 10.1mm in thickness and weighs 220g overall. You should get it in Black, White and Gold colors.
Display
The Aster P Gothic is built around a 4.97-inch FHD AMOLED full view display. The screen boasts of 1080 x 1920 pixels in resolution along with a 443 pixel per inch density for sharp visuals. Overall, the screen stretches up to 64.23% screen-to-body as well.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 660 chipset from Qualcomm runs the race, it comes with 8-cores of processor clocking at 2.2GHz for a smooth ride.
The Adreno 512 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 128GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 256GB using a memory card. It boasts of 6GB RAM space for multitasking through apps.
Camera
The Vertu Aster P Gothic features a 12MP rear camera for photography. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and other internal features listed in the table below. In the selfie department, there’s a 20MP selfie shooter for all your selfies as well.
Battery
Powering up the Aster P Gothic is a 3200mAh battery capacity with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2 hours.
