Vernee M8 Pro was also introduced as the upgraded variant of the Vernee M8 we reported earlier. The Pro version brings many more advanced versions we didn’t see on its little sibling. There’s now a bigger 6GB RAM, NFC connectivity and wireless charging technology. The same Helio P60 still runs the show, there’s notch display and the trendy Face Unlock feature as well.
Design
It looks exactly like the M8 from the outside with no major difference in design. The dual rear camera starts a vertical train at the top middle, while the fingerprint scanner follows closely underneath. The body was made up of Polycarbonate and Metal. It will be available in Black and Blue colors as well.
Display
The M8 Pro sports the same 6.2-inch FHD+ IPS LCD notch display. The screen boasts of 1080 x 2246 pixels in resolution along with a 402 pixel per inch density for sharp visuals. Overall, the screen stretches up to 79% screen-to-body as well.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box. Under the hood, the Helio P60 chipset from MediaTek runs the race, it comes with 8-cores of processor clocking at 2.0GHz for a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali-G72 MP3 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 64GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 256GB using a memory card. It boasts of 6GB RAM space for multitasking through apps.
Camera
The Vernee M8 Pro is equipped with improved dual 16MP + 8MP rear shooters for photography. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and other internal features listed in the table below. In the selfie department, there’s the usual 13MP selfie shooter for all your selfies as well.
Battery
Powering up the M8 Pro is a 4100mAh battery capacity with fast and wireless charging technology. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2 hours.
