Poptel P60 is now officially available for presale after being teased by the company last month. The P60 is a rugged beast with a massive 6GB RAM, Face Unlock, NFC and 5000mAh super battery capacity. It also boasts of IP67 certifications offering dust and water resistant plus overall rigidity. It will be joining the P8 and P9000 on shopping stores.
Design
The smartphone was designed with Polycarbornate and Metal, this makes the device more rugged and strong as well. It has a rear fingerprint scanner for quick access to the device anytime. Furthermore, it measures 14.5mm in thickness, weighs 247g overall as well and is available in only Red, Green and Orange colors.
Display
The P60 is built around a 5.7-inch FHD+ IPS LCD standard display. The screen boasts of 1080 x 2160 pixels in resolution along with a 424 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. Overall, the beautiful screen stretches up to 63% screen-to-body ratio as well.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Running the race here is the Helio P23 chipset from MediaTek, it comes with 8-cores of processor clocking at 2.5GHz for a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali-G71 MP2 graphics card controls graphics. For storing files, the device packs 128GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 256GB using a memory card. It boasts of 6GB RAM space as well for multitasking through apps.
Camera
The Poptel P60 is equipped with dual 16MP + 5MP rear camera for photography. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and other internal features listed in the table below. For taking selfies, there’s an 8MP selfie shooter for all your selfies.
Battery
Powering up the P60 is a massive 5000mAh battery capacity with support for fast charging. Charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2.3 hours.
