  1. Fords Roadside assistance is terrible as I was left stranded,I had to call my family to assist. I’ve been a life long Ford customer, but will look to buy another product due to the poor performance of your roadside service department. Poor communication and the phone number they give you to call don’t pick up.

  2. i just sold my 2004 F250 Super Duty with 225.000 miles, I also have a 2012 F250 Super Duty with 26,000 miles and don’t you think the problem with the 2004 which took 15 years to develop now the 2012 has. I drove the truck 4,000 miles a year and kept it garaged. The exhaust manifold on the passenger side has a crack and I’m not happy about spending around $700.00 to fix the problem. The truck is out of warranty, I have had a couple of 150s and not had a problem, these F250s seem to be all problems. I was happy when I bought it, but I must say after 7 Fords it might be time to go back to Chevy’s. I’m so disappointed with this problem, Ford must know of the problem and it would be nice if they could help me with this problem like supplying me with a new manifold., Right

  3. MY SON HAS A 2015 F-150, ITS BEEN LEAKING AROUND THE MOTOR, WE FINALLY FOUND OUT WHY! THERE IS A Y SHAPED HOSE AND CONNECTORS ATTACHED TO THE WATER PUMP, WHOM EVER THE STUPID SON OF A BITCH WAS THAT THOUGHT A HORSESHOE CLIP WAS GOING TO PREVENT A HOSE WITH AN INNER SEAL FROM UNSEATING ITSELF WHEN UNDER PRESSURE IS ONE INCREDIBLE CLUSTERFUCK THAT BELONGS IN AN INSANE ASYLUM! WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS ASSANINE WAY OF HOLDING HOSES IN POSITION SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HIRED BUT, NOW SHOULD BE FIRED, IF THIS IS ANY WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THAN ALL OF YOU BELONG IN AN INSANE ASYLUM AND NOT WORKING FOR SUCH A COMPANY! IT DOESN’T WORK AND IT WILL ALWAYS LEAK WHEN UNDER PRESSURE! THURSDAY WHEN WE WORK ON THAT LEAKING HOSE, THOSE CLIPS ARE GOING INTO FILE 13, AND A NORMAL SCREW TIGHT WILL BE USED INITS PLACE ON ALL CONNECTIONS! I KNEW FORD HAS SOME REAL STUPID ASS ENGINEERS BUT THIS IS THE HEIGHT OF INSANE STUPIDITY! YOU FINALLY DID GET RID OF THE PLASTIC TANK THAT WAS PART OF THE COOLING SYSTEM, PUT IN THE CORRECT RADIATORS WITH RADIATOR CAPS, INSTEAD OF NOT RADIATOR CAP, MAYBE YOU’LL MAKE IT SOME DAY!

  4. I have a 2018 ford f150. Purchased new around 7 months ago . I have had it serviced every time ,on time at Ford dealership . Since last oil change it has used 2 quarts of oil .. Took it back to Ford . they said it was a recall . I have 16000 miles on this truck and where Ford has rotated the tires wrong it needs all 4 tires , I only drive this truck to and from work . Never been in mud or off road , Not my fault they do not know how to properly rotate tires . Now I’m looking at $1500.00 to buy a new set of tires . The Ford place offered to pay 30% . WOW really !!!!! I just bought this truck 7 months ago !!! I pay 642.00 a month for financing . its leaking oil and I already need a new set of tires !!! VERY DISAPPOINTING !!! WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD !!!!

  5. I have a 2014 F-150. I had the tires changed last fall and the tire shop brought a problem I was unaware of to my attention. Both driver and passenger side rocker panels are rusted out bad. I live in Florida so no salty roads. When I say bad you can stick your hand in the holes. The reason I was unaware is the way the door cover the rocker and step bars block view of rocker I did not see it. So, I took it to the local dealer twice and was told it was a couple months out of warranty, but they did agree it was rusted thru for quite a long time but could not get approval to help. So them I called Ford a couple times but they only answer no and not very nice about it. They would not pass me up the chain of authority. Next I tried the chat deal. This went better but the answer was still no because now it has been 8 months past warranty. I cannot get anyone at Ford to talk to me and look at the pictures of this serious problem. the Rocker panels are structural integrity of this truck upon a side impact so yes its a safety issue.
