Crosscall Core-X3 has been unveiled by Crosscall, it can be used in any environment thanks to its unique waterproof feature. The device accelerometer is a built-in electronic component that measures tilt and motion. Its features are quite similar to the Crosscall Action-X3 and it’s also budget-friendly. It’s also equipped with a strong battery life and a “wet” touchscreen feature.
Design
The Core-X3 has a rugged design, it can be used in any environment. The camera house is located at the back, the powerful smartphone boasts of IP68 Certifications, while the front is protected by the Gorilla Glass 3. The device was introduced in Black color only.
Display
The new smartphone is built around a 5.0-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen. The screen boasts of 720 x 1280 pixels in resolution along with a 294 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. Overall, the screen stretches up to 57.39% screen-to-body ratio.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 425 MSM8917 chipset from Qualcomm sits behind the screen, it comes with 4-cores of processor clocking at 1.3GHz for a smooth ride.
The Qualcomm Adreno 308 graphics card manages graphics. For storing files, the device packs 16GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 128GB using a memory card. It boasts of 2GB RAM space for multitasking through apps.
Camera
The Core-X3 is equipped with an 8MP rear camera for photography. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and other internal features. For taking selfies, there’s a 5MP selfie shooter for all your selfies as well.
Battery
Powering up the Crosscall Core-X3 is a 3500mAh Li-Po battery capacity with no fast charging technology. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 2 hours.
