Bitcoin might not have a glorious couple of months before this year runs out according to Eric Thies, a cryptocurrency technical analyst. Bitcoin has been hovering around $6,300 – $6,500 these past couple of weeks and the last time such thing happened, the Cryptocurrency crashed -12% to -20% before reaching its peak.
The crypto market still has a capitalization of $205b which is disappointing despite what we saw earlier in the year. Eric Thies who weighed the crypto market stated that a current drop of 12%, will make $BTC reach a new low of $5,750 – $5,800 by December.
Although the crypto world experienced a little bump in the price today after CMC Markets, a trading company based in United Kingdom announced it’s adding Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and XRP to its platform for reading.
Well, that news bumped up their prices a little as Bitcoin went from $6,376 to $6,404 gaining about 0.33% of its price in the past 24 hours. Ethereum and Litecoin also experienced a little bit of bump as well, their prices went from $199 to $200 and $50.4 to $51.5.
It seems Bitcoincash was more excited about the news about being listed on CMC Markets. The cryptocoin went from $422 to $456 gaining about 7.73% in price, making it the best performer today. All other cryptocurrencies were pretty much stable with no major changes in price.
