LG Harmony 2 has been launched in the United States via Cricket as a budget-friendly smartphone. The new device sports a rear fingerprint scanner, runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo and packs 32GB storage space.
Design
The device looks like most affordable smartphone from the tech giant, it was made from Plastic and available in only Black. There’s a rear camera at the top middle with a LED flash and fingerprint scanner. It measures 8.6mm in thickness and weighs 168g overall.
Display
It’s built around a standard 5.3-inch HD IPS LCD display with a 16:9 aspect ratio, which is not so attractive. This has a screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels along with a 277 pixel per inch density. It also stretches up to 69.52% screen-to-body ratio, which is great.
Software and Hardware
The affordable beauty runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with. Behind the screen sits the Snapdragon 425 chip with 4-cores of processor, this reaches a clocking speed of up to 1.4GHz.
The Qualcomm Adreno 308 handles graphics with and clocks at 500MHz. For storing files, the device packs a massive 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB using a memory card. It also has 2GB of RAM for multitasking through apps.
Camera
It’s equipped with a single 8MP rear camera for photography and accompanied by a LED flash. While the front-facing camera is a 5MP selfie shooter for portrait mode selfies.
Battery
The device is powered by a 3000mAh battery capacity with no fast charging. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 2.3 hours.
