Alleged Xperia L3 upcoming smartphone from Sony shows up in Official Renders

We’ve been watching out for Sony leaks in the previous month or so as the MWC 2019 approaches. The most recent Sony leak today is its new entry-level smartphone: the Sony Xperia L3.

The device doesn’t have the new “CinemaWide” show that we are expecting on the XZ4 and XA3 (presently reputed to be called Xperia 10).

The report from the ever reliable @rquandt records some supposed specs of the L3 including a 5.7-inch show with a HD+ (720p) resolution and a 18:9 aspect ratio. There’s likewise a double camera setup on the back 13MP + 2MP cameras. Though, the front camera is said to have a 8MP sensor.

They also mentioned a 3,300 mAh battery, 32GB of ROM and 2GB of RAM. There’s no mention of a CPU however the device would ship with Android Oreo 8.1 and a MediaTek SoC. On the renders we can see that the L3 has NFC on the back, a 3.5mm earphone jack on top, a USB-C port at the base, and all the phone’s physical keys are on the right side.

There is a volume rocker, power key, and a fingerprint scanner on the side. The left side has the SIM/microSD card slot. The device found in the renders is gray yet the smartphone should likewise come in dark and gold and could have a MSRP of €199.
