ZTE Nubia Z18 has been launched in China and should be available globally in the coming weeks. The Nubia Z18 flagship smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 845. The device also sports a Selfie-Notch which gives way to a bigger display.
Design
Designed with aluminium alloy, the smartphone looks absolutely exquisite and reflects light beautifully. The dual rear camera and LED flash are seen at the top left corner, in a horizontal position. While the fingerprint scanner sits at the middle. It will be available in Black, Red and Stary Night colors.
Display
The phone sports a tall 5.99-inch FHD+ water-drop display, similar to what we saw on the Oppo F9. The screen boasts of 1080 x 2160 pixels in resolution along with a 403 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. The screen also got up to 85.8% screen-to-body ratio as well.
Software and Hardware
The new smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 845 flagship chipset from Qualcomm runs the show, coming with 8-cores of processor which clocks at 2.65GHz for a smooth ride.
The Adreno 630 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 128GB/64GB internal storage space variants which is not expandable with a memory card. It has 6GB/4GB RAM space variants as well for multitasking through apps.
Camera
It’s equipped with a 24MP + 16MP rear camera with autofocus for photography and accompanied with other internal features. While for selfies, it sports an 8MP selfie shooter.
Battery
Powering it up is a 3450mAh battery capacity with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2 hours.
