ZTE announces the Nubia X 5G at the MWC Shanghai 2019

ZTE’s sub-brand has finally revealed the Nubia X 5G smartphone at a 5G+ conference hosted by China Mobile. In attendance were other representatives from top leading tech giants like Huawei, Oppo, Xiaomi, Qualcomm, Samsung, HTC and others.

Basically, the leading giants of the 5G Industry Alliance were present and the nubia X 5G smartphone was revealed. The phone still has the same specifications of the Nubia X device, which was introduced months ago.

However, we can clearly see a 5G logo beside the dual-LED flash at the rear. The chipset will also be the newest Snapdragon 855 chipset alongside the Snapdragon X50 Modem, instead of the 845 on the standard Nubia X.

The phone still chips with dual display and the 16MP + 24MP dual camera. It’s built around a 6.26″ FHD+ Display and powered by a 3800mAh battery. During the unveiling, there was no mention if it will be running on the newer Android Pie operating system. More details will be revealed soon enough.
