Yezz Max 1 has been launched to close the year 2018, the company released the smartphone targeting those on a budget this festive season. Although there’s “Max” in its name, the phone comes with a merely 2000 milliamp hour battery, which might be a little disappointing for some. Nonetheless, there’s 2GB RAM and 16GB storage space. It will be joining the 4E7 and Epic T on shopping stores.
Design
The phone sports a plastic body but looks absolutely stunning nonetheless. There’s no rear fingerprint scanner anywhere here and company didn’t mention anything like Face Unlock, but you can use pattern unlock though. It measures 8.8 mm in thickness, weighs 120g overall and available in only Black.
Display
The Max 1 is built around a 5-inch IPS LCD full view display. The screen boasts of 480 x 960 pixels in resolution along with a 215 pixel per inch density for clear visuals as well. Overall, the screen stretches up to 70.77% screen-to-body ratio.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box. Under the hood, the MT6580M chipset from MediaTek comes with 4-cores of processor clocking at 1.3GHz offering a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali-400 MP2 graphics card handles everything graphics. The phone packs 16GB internal storage space for storing your files, you can expand up to 128GB using a memory card. It comes with 2GB RAM space for multitasking through apps and tasks.
Camera
The Yezz Max 1 houses a single 8MP rear camera for all your photography needs. The camera is equipped with a dual-LED flash and other internal features listed in the table below. For taking selfies, there’s an 8MP shooter with f/2.4 aperture.
Battery
Powering up the Max 1 is a 2000mAh battery capacity with no support for fast charging. Charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 2 hours.
