Vivo Y7s launched with Helio P65 and in-display fingerprint scanner

Vivo has introduced the Y7s in China, which is also known globally as the Vivo S1 with Helio P65. The phone comes loaded with the trendy in-display fingerprint scanner, it’s basically the Vivo S1 of the Chinese market.

However, it’s worthy to note that Vivo previous announced a Vivo S1 and Vivo S1 Pro with pop-up camera at MWC in Barcelona, and it was unveiled in China weeks after that.

The Vivo S1 was powered by the Helio P70, while the Vivo S1 Pro was powered by the Snapdragon 675. Now, the new Vivo S1 with a new chip from MediaTek “Helio P65” has been introduced in China and tagged “Vivo Y7s”.

Apart from being powered by the new chipset, it’s built around a bigger 6.38″ AMOLED display and powered by a massive 4500mAh battery. It also sports triple rear camera and would be cheaper compared to the aforementioned devices, around $259.
