Thetatoken price increases by 45%, while other Cryptocurrencies crash

It isn’t really a good day in the cryptomarket today, as most crytocurrencies lost quite a chunk of their price worth within the past 24 hours. Yesterday, we reported about how Bitcoin was steadily gaining grounds, reaching a mark of $4,400.

An economist and cryptocurrency trader, Alex Kruger also stated yesterday that the leading coin will reach up to $4,800 – $4,900 before December. Well, it looks like that won’t happen, as Bitcoin lost about 6% in price, going from $4,400 to $4,000 as at the time of writing this report.

It will only take a miracle for the coin to bounce back above $4,900 in less than 12 hours. Nonetheless, it’s entirely not impossible though as it has happened previously in the past.

Thetatoken, a new entry to the top 20 most cap cryptocurrencies rose above 45% in price in the past 24 hours, making it the best performer in the top 20 and the only coin on the list to experience an increase in price in the past 24 hours.

THETA, which is a decentralized video delivery network, powered by users and an innovative new blockchain went from $0.05 yesterday to $0.08 as at the time of writing this.

Other cryptocurrencies were literally washed out today, as they all lost a visible percentage from their respective price. The cryptomarket hasn’t really been favourable for “investors” who were really hopeful that this period would bring some gains to digital currencies.
