Sony is not left behind in the triple camera trend as they’re set to launch their first triple camera smartphone, the Sony Xperia 1 which also happens to be the first smartphone in the world to feature a 4K UHD OLED display.

The three rear cameras are 12MP built upon a Snapdragon 855 chipset. The first rear camera has a dual focus, while the second one has OIS optimized for optical zoom and the third has ultra-wide lens.

The device is set to run with the latest Android Pie OS using 6GB RAM and 64/128GB of internal memory which can be expanded to 512GB. Some perks of the device include the factory tested water and dust proof feature, the game enhancer mode feature to balance power efficiency with performance, all powered by the 3330mAh battery.

Sony has done all that can be done to ensure maximal consumer satisfaction as the device ships with photo editing apps that can compete with adobe photoshop as well as a 6.5-inch 4K UHD OLED screen with 1644 x 3480 pixels in resolution. Although the price wasn’t revealed, but this phone could set you back $1,000.
