The fingerprint sensor is placed on the side embedded close to the power button. The Galaxy Note 9 weighs 201g, while the A7 2018 weighs less at 168g.

The Galaxy Note 9 houses a Samsung Exynos

While the A7 2018 houses the Samsung Exynos 7 Octa 7885 chipset with octa-core processor clocking at 2.2GHz. In the RAM department the A7 2018 has 4GB/6GB and 128GB/64GB storage space.

For the Software, the Galaxy Note 9 runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. While the A7 2018 also runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.
