Oppo R17 Pro will be the advanced variant of the R17 smartphone we reviewed earlier. The device will be the first smartphone from Oppo with three rear cameras and 8GB of RAM variant. It looks like the R17 from the front coming with an in-display fingerprint scanner with 3P Micro Lens and a selfie notch. Lets find out more.
Design
The R17 Pro smartphone sports an attractive Aluminium body with glass on top just like the R17. It will be available in Stream Blue and Neon Purple colors as well. However, we can see three rear cameras sitting at the top middle, while the LED flash follows underneath.
Display
The front is built around the same 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with the trendy 19:9 aspect ratio. The screen has a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels along with a 394 pixel per inch density for clear visuals.
Software and Hardware
The stunning beauty runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Under the hood, the Qualcomm SDM710 Snapdragon 710 chip takes the wheel and comes with 8-cores of processor clocking at 2.2GHz for a smooth ride.
The Adreno 616 graphics card controls graphics. Handling files, the device packs 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 512GB using a memory card. It has 8GB RAM space for multitasking through apps.
Camera
It’s equipped with triple rear 12MP + 20MP + 8MP rear camera for photography, the camera is accompanied by a dual-LED flash and other internal features. While for selfies, it sports a crystal clear 25MP selfie shooter with its dedicated notch.
Battery
Powering it up is a 3700mAh battery capacity with VOOC fast charging. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 1.2 hours.
