Oppo A7x has been unveiled after we saw the Y97 which Vivo released earlier. The A7x got a major inspiration from the trendy Oppo F9 Pro. It comes with the water-drop notch display, dual rear camera and also powered by the Helio P60 chipset. Lets find out more about this device.
Design
The A7x was built with a diamond pattern glossy back just like the Oppo F9. The dual rear camera are horizontal at the top left corner, while a fingerprint scanner is in its usual position. It will be available in Blue and Purple colors as well.
Display
The phone sports a tall 6.3-inch FHD+ 18:9 full view display. The screen boasts of 1080 x 2280 pixels in resolution along with a 409 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. The screen also got up to 84% screen-to-body ratio as well.
Software and Hardware
The new smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with ColorOS 5.2 on top. Under the hood, the Helio P60 (MT6771) chipset from MediaTek runs the show, coming with 8-cores of processor which clocks at 2.0GHz for a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali-G72 MP3 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 128GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 256GB using a memory card. It has 4GB RAM space as well for multitasking through apps.
Camera
It’s equipped with dual 16MP + 2MP rear camera with autofocus for photography and accompanied with other internal features. While for selfies, it sports an 8MP selfie shooter.
Battery
Powering it up is a 3500mAh battery capacity with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2.5 hours.
