Bitcoin cash became the most performing cryptocurrency today, the 1st of October 2018. This is coming after the Cryptocurrency was allocated to CoinEx customers and over 80% of the revenue involved. @Kesh4n who is a member of the Bitcoin Cash community on Reddit said CoinEx, which is a cryptocurrency exchange will pay out in Bitcoin Cash to CoinEx token holders.
Well, this is as long as you have up to 10,000 CET which is the official tokens for CoinEX. Out of the top 10 cryptocurrencies in terms of market capitalization, only Bitcoin Cash received a bump in prize. The cryptocurrency rose above 0.70% to $535 compared to the $531 we saw yesterday. While the most popular cryptocurrency, Bitcoin took a dip from $6,656 to $6,597 declining by 0.40%.
The new month wasn’t favourable for other cryptocurrencies as well. Ripple XRP saw the biggest lost in price, declining from $0.6 to $0.53 losing about 7.41% of its total worth. Ethereum also declined a bit going from $235 to $227, losing about 2.32% of its worth. While EOS and Litecoin lost about 1.9% and 1.52%, going from $5.81 to $5.58 and $61.8 to $60.27 respectively.
Dogecoin lost about 1.51% staying at $0.00587. Surprisingly, a “new” coin made its way to the top 20 in terms of market capitalization. Odyssey went from $0.011 yesterday to $0.014 today gaining over 25% in terms of price growth, making the most performing coins in the top 20.
