Motorola One Vs One Power mid-range battle is about to begin. The Motorola brand has been one of the oldest and leading snartphone brand before it was acquired by Lenovo. Their smartphones has always captured the heart of Android lovers by including innovative software features and decent hardware specifications at affordable prices.

Recently the Motorola One and One Power was announced though they have not been released yet to the public but from my findings these are one of their most innovative devices so far. They both look like the latest version of the iPhone X design with nice and amazing features that will keep you glued to it. This brings me to making a comparison between them.

They both have a nice screen however, the Motorola One has a fairly legible HD resolution and a not so sharp icon while the One power features a Full HD+ display. The One Power looks similar to the Motorola one from the front, it has a notch at the top and a chin by the buttom and a not-so narrow border at the side. The Motorola one also have a glossy and premium-like glass back panel. They are both equipped with a facial recognition.

The Motorola one sports a tall 5.9-inch IPS LCD notched screen with a resolution of 720 ×1440 pixels, the screen has a pixel per inch density of 409. Whereas, the One sports a 6.2-inch capacitive touchscreen with 1080 x 2246 Pixels in resolution and 402ppi.

Motorola One Vs One Power: Software and Hardware

The Motorola One houses a Snapdragon 625 chipset with an octa-core processor clocking speed of up to 2.0GHz. The Motorola One has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage space.

While the One Power houses the Qualcomm SDM636 Snapdragon 636 chipset with octa-core processor clocking at 1.8GHz. In the RAM department. The One Power has 3GB/4GB and 32GB/64GB storage space.

For the Software, Both Softwares runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system though there are plans to upgrade their software to Android 9.0 Pie.

Motorola One Vs One Power: Camera

The Motorola One has a camera setup of 13MP+2MP and a LED Flash with a front/Selfie camera of 8 megapixels. While the One Power has a camera set up of 16MP+5MP with a great front camera of 12MP with f/2.0 aperture.

Motorola One Vs One Power: Battery

Powering the Motorola One is a 3000mah Non-removable Li-lon battery with fast battery charging. While the One Power is powered by 5000mAh Non-removable Li-lon battery with fast charging as well.

Motorola One Vs One Power: Verdict

They are both nice mid-range smartphones with attractive body and specs. But I think the One Power is way much better than the Motorola One.
