Lenovo A5 has been officially introduced by Lenovo alongside the Lenovo K9. The company is known is known for their great range of devices with nice features, like the Lenovo Z5 and Lenovo K5 Note 2018. Recently Lenovo decided to target the low-budget segment which brought about the emergence of the Lenovo A5. It has a massive battery capacity with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space variants and so many other great features.
Design
This smartphone has an attractive plastic back and a metal frame. It has a rear fingerprint scanner, while the rear camera and LED flash are horizontal at the top left corner. It measures 9.8mm in thickness and weighs 160g overall. It’s also available in Black, Gold and Rose-Gold colors as well.
Display
The new smartphone is built around a 5.45-inch HD+ IPS capacitive touchscreen. The screen boasts of 1440 x 720 pixels in resolution along with a 295 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. Overall, the screen stretches up to 74% screen-to-body ratio.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Under the hood, the MT6739 chipset from MediaTek sits behind the screen, it comes with 4-cores of processor clocking at 1.5GHz for a smooth ride.
The PowerVR GE8100 graphics card manages graphics. For storing files, the device packs 16GB/32GB internal storage space which are expandable up to 256GB using a memory card. It boasts of 3GB/2GB RAM space for multitasking through apps.
Camera
The Lenovo A5 is equipped with a 13MP rear shooter for photography. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and other internal features listed below. For taking selfies, there’s an 8MP selfie shooter for all your selfies as well.
Battery
Powering up the A5 is a 4000mAh battery capacity with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2 hours.
