Intex Indie 6 has been launched in India by Intex, the device will be available on Flipkart immediately. The budget-friendly smartphone targets selfie lovers and comes with dual selfie cameras. Furthermore, there’s 2GB RAM and 16GB storage space lets find out more.
Design
The Indie 6 sports a plastic body and looks quite plain from the back. The rear camera sits at the top middle with the LED flash right beside it. The device will be available in Black and Gold colors. It measures 9.1mm in thickness and weighs 149g overall.
Display
The phone is built around a 5-inch HD IPS LCD standard display. The screen boasts of 720 x 1280 pixels in resolution along with a 294 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. The screen also got up to 66.32% screen-to-body ratio as well.
Software and Hardware
The new smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. Under the hood, the SC9850 chipset from Spreadtrum runs the show, coming with 4-cores of processor which clocks at 1.3GHz for a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali-T820 MP1 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 16GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 128GB using a memory card. It boasts of 2GB RAM space variants as well for multitasking through apps.
Camera
At the rear, there’s a single 8MP rear shooter for photography and it’s accompanied with other internal features listed in the table below. For taking selfies, there’s a dual 8MP + 2MP selfie shooter.
Battery
Powering it up is a 2400mAh battery capacity with no fast charging technology, so don’t expect it to fill up fast. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 2.5 hours.
