Intex has introduced its latest budget-friendly smartphone, meet the Intex Indie 44. A low budget smartphone with Android 8.1 Oreo, HD+ Full View display, 2GB RAM and 16GB storage space. Lets find out more about this device and what it has to offer.
Design
The phone was built with mainly Plastic. It has no rear fingerprint scanner, so you have to depend on the pattern Unlock. It has a rear camera and will be available in beautiful colors like Black, Champagne and Blue, while measuring 8.9mm in thickness and weighing 149g.
Display
The phone is built around a 5.45-inch HD+ IPS LCD 18:9 full view display. The screen boasts of 720 x 1440 pixels in resolution along with a 295 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. The screen also got up to 72.62% screen-to-body ratio as well.
Software and Hardware
The new smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Under the hood, the SC9850 chipset from Spreadtrum runs the show, coming with 4-cores of processor which clocks at 1.3GHz for a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali 820 MP1 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 16GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 128GB using a memory card. It has just 2GB RAM space as well for multitasking through apps.
Camera
It’s equipped with an 8MP rear shooter for photography and accompanied with other internal features listed in the table below. While for selfies, it sports a 5MP selfie shooter.
Battery
Powering it up is a 2800mAh battery capacity with no fast charging technology. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 3 hours.
