Intex Indie 22 is here with an in-built GPS receiver which allows the determination of the exact geographical location on earth. Asides from that it also has nice specs, and it’s a great smartphone for an affordable price.
Design
This smartphone has a plastic body and doesn’t look far off from the Intex Indie 11, Intex Indie 6, Intex Indie 44, Intex Staari 9 and Intex Indie 15. The Indie 22 measures 9.3mm in thickness. Its also available in Black, Champagne and Blue colors as well.
Display
The new smartphone is built around a 5.34-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen. The screen boasts of 480 x 960 pixels in resolution along with a 201 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. Overall, the screen stretches up to 72.75% screen-to-body ratio.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. Under the hood, the SC9850 chipset from Spreadtrum sits behind the screen, it comes with 4-cores of processor clocking at 1.3GHz for a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali-T820 graphics card manages graphics. For storing files, the device packs 8GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 128GB using a memory card. It boasts of 1GB RAM space for multitasking through apps.
Camera
The Intex Indie 22 is equipped with a 5MP rear shooter for photography. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and other internal features. For taking selfies, there’s a 5MP selfie shooter for all your selfies as well.
Battery
Powering up the Indie 22 is a 3000mAh battery capacity with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2 hours.
