Inoi 5X has been unveiled in Russia as the latest affordable smartphone from the Russian company. It’s also the first smartphone from the company with the trendy notch display. The 5X sports an iPhone X-like dual rear camera for photography with an affordable price tag.
Design
The device has a plastic body just like most affordable smartphone from the company, but it reflects light beautifully nonetheless. Unfortunately, there’s no fingerprint scanner in sight and the company didn’t mention anything about Face Unlock. It was unveiled in Gold, Gray and White colors.
Display
The 5X sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD notch display. The screen boasts of 640 x 1280 pixels in resolution along with a 260 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. Overall, the screen stretches up to 79% screen-to-body as well.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition out of the box. Under the hood, the MT6739 chipset from MediaTek runs the race, it comes with 4-cores of processor clocking at 1.3GHz for a smooth ride.
The PowerVR GE8100 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 8GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 64GB using a memory card. It boasts of just 1GB RAM space for multitasking through apps.
Camera
The Inoi 5X features an 8MP rear camera for photography. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and other internal features listed in the table below. In the selfie department, there’s another 8MP selfie shooter for all your selfies as well.
Battery
Powering up the 5X is a 2850mAh battery capacity but with no fast charging technology. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 3 hours.
