Huawei Honor 7s has been launched in India and as well as the global market as a toned down version of the Honor Play. The Honor 7s flows with the current trend with its 18:9 full view display. It also targets those on a budget with its low-end specs. Lets find out more.
Design
Just like most budget-friendly smartphones from Honor, the 7s was built mainly with a Plastic back and metal frame. The rear camera and LED flash are seen at the top left corner, with no fingerprint scanner in sight. It will be available in Black, Gold and Blue colors.
Display
The phone sports a tall 5.45-inch HD+ display for the full view experience. The screen boasts of 720 x 1440 pixels in resolution along with a 224 pixel per inch density for clear visuals. The screen also got up to 73.8% screen-to-body ratio as well.
Software and Hardware
The new smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Under the hood, the MT6739 chipset from MediaTek runs the show, coming with 4-cores of processor which clocks at 1.3GHz for a smooth ride.
The ARM Mali-T880 MP4 graphics card handles graphics. For storing files, the device packs 16GB internal storage space which is expandable up to 256GB with a memory card. It has 2GB RAM space as well for multitasking through apps.
Camera
It’s equipped with a 13MP rear camera with autofocus for photography and accompanied with other internal features. While for selfies, it sports a 5MP selfie shooter.
Battery
Powering it up is a 3020mAh battery capacity with no fast charging technology. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 2.5 hours.
