Cricket Wireless Vision is now available for sale on BestBuy for just a token. The device comes loaded with 4G LTE connectivity and runs smoothly on Android Oreo Go edition. It’s powered by a quad-core processor chip and a wide-screen 5.5-inch FWVGA display.
There’s a Wireless Wave with 5.1-inch HD 720 x 1280 pixels screen. The Wave runs on an older Android 7.1 Nougat, smaller 2500mAh battery, 2GB RAM, a clearer 8MP rear camera and 5MP selfie.
Design
Just like most smartphones from Cricket, it comes with a Plastic body which is removable to change the battery or SIMs. There’s no rear fingerprint scanner here as well, you have to use the pattern unlock. The Vision measures 8.89 mm in thickness, weighs 178g overall, while the Wireless Wave measures 7.6mm in thickness and weighs just 138g. Both are available in only Blue.
Display
The Wireless Vision is built around a 5.5-inch IPS LCD standard display. The screen boasts of 480 x 854 pixels in resolution along with a 178 pixel per inch density for clear visuals as well. Overall, the screen stretches up to 68.55% screen-to-body ratio.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition operating system out of the box. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 210 chipset from Qualcomm comes with 4-cores of processor clocking at 1.1GHz offering a smooth ride.
The Qualcomm Adreno 304 graphics card handles everything graphics. The phone packs 8GB internal storage space for storing your files, you can expand up to 128GB using a memory card. It comes with just 1GB RAM space for multitasking through apps and tasks.
Camera
The Cricket Wireless Vision houses a 5MP rear camera for all your photography needs. The camera is equipped with a dual-LED flash and other internal features listed in the table below. For taking selfies, there’s a 2MP shooter with f/2.8 aperture.
Battery
Powering up the Wireless Vision is a 3300mAh battery capacity with no support for fast charging. Charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 3 hours.
