Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 fist photos has been released ahead of its official launch after several leaks and teasers. The device is the upgraded variant of the Zenfone Max M2 smartphone we reported days ago. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 660 chip, sporting dual rear camera and a small notch at the top of the screen.
Design
The smartphone has an Aluminum alloy body and that was expected. It has a dual camera setup at the back and a display notch up at the front, instead of the triple camera that was expected. This device back has a gradient finish and houses a rear fingerprint scanner. The photos were introduced in Black.
Display
The Max Pro M2 is built around a 6.0-inch IPS LCD notch display, the notch is very minimal and not that thick. The screen boasts of 1080 x 2340 pixels in resolution along with a 420 pixel per inch density for clear visuals as well.
Software and Hardware
It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box as well. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 660 from Qualcomm is still in total control, it comes with 8-cores of processor clocking at 2.2GHz for a smooth ride.
The Qualcomm Adreno 512 graphics card is in control of everything graphics. The phone boasts of a 64GB/128GB internal storage space for storing up your files, this is expandable up to 512GB using a memory card. It boasts of 4GB/6GB RAM space, this can be used to multitask through apps and tasks.
Camera
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 features a dual 13MP + 5MP rear camera for taking photographs. The camera is equipped with a LED flash and other internal features listed in the table below. For taking selfies, there’s a single 13MP selfie shooter with front facing flash.
Battery
Powering up the Max Pro M2 is 5000mAh battery capacity with fast charging. Charging the battery from 0% to 100% Shouldn’t take up to 3 hours tops.
